The teaching staff at Imagination Station are a dedicated professional group of educators. All the classrooms have teaching teams that spend their days presenting the lesson plans that they have prepared based on the needs and interests of the children in each group. Our teaching staff is a wonderful mix of veteran teachers, current students pursuing a degree in education and those with years of classroom experience, the majority of our staff also work four 10 hour days affording you the opportunity to see your teacher at both ends of the day.
The floater covering the 5th day is consistent each week. We have a 78% retention rate for our teachers. All teachers are require to achieve 24 hours of continuing education each calendar year. When you see our teachers in the classroom you will find them at the children’s level engaged in stories, a cooking project ( great math/science activity), building with blocks or just in the middle of a conversation. The teachers at Imagination Station are chosen based on their knowledge of early childhood education, love of children and passion for teaching.
We are always seeking quality teachers to join our team at Imagination Station
The administrative team at Imagination Station consists of teachers. Our first love is being in the classroom and we have all found ways to do this consistently along with our office duties.

“It is amazing to see the High/Scope philosophy at work with the children here. We want to encourage them to become creative, independent thinkers. We also want to allow the children more choices when it comes to what they are interested in learning about what they are doing throughout the day. This makes our lesson plans more meaningful and relevant to the children.”
